Have questions about booking your Xplorie activities? We’ve got you covered!

1. How can I book activities?

Once you’ve made your property reservation, you’ll receive a personalized activity-booking link via email. Through this link, you can browse and book experiences online. If you prefer, you can also call our friendly Destination Guides for help or booking support.

2. Where can I find my activity link?

Your unique booking link is included in the emails sent to you after you book with an Xplorie partner property—typically 48 hours after booking your stay.

3. What if I can’t find the email with my booking link?

  • First, check your inbox and spam/junk folders for emails from Xplorie.
  • If you still can’t locate it, fill out our Find My Booking Link form using your reservation information—the link will appear on-screen in real time.
  • If that doesn’t work, you can always call our Destination Guides for assistance.

4. Can I share my booking link with others?

Yes! You’re welcome to share it with everyone in your party. Simply forward the email or use the “Share With Your Party” link included in the email.

5. What information can I access through the booking link?

Your link is more than a booking portal—it serves as an interactive catalog. Browse by activity category, filter by preference, and review all the details including hours, location instructions, descriptions, and photos. The content is always kept up to date via API integrations and our e-commerce team.

6. Can I book activities anytime?

Absolutely! Your activity link remains active from the moment your lodging reservation is confirmed through the last day of your stay. You may book for the same day or for multiple days—all in one easy transaction.

7. What email should I expect to receive communication from?

Your invitation to your Xplorie activities will be sent to your confirmation email. Here are a few ways to find the email.

  • If you can't find your email to access your booking link: 
    • Search your email to find your personal booking page link.
      • Sender: hello@xplorie.com
      • Search inbox for: bookactivities.com
  • If you have already booked activities:
    • Search your email to access the tickets.
      • Sender: do-no-reply@e.xplorie.com
      • Subject: activity name that they booked
