Check your email for messages from Xplorie (inbox and spam folders). If you do not see an email, don't worry, you can find it easily HERE; all you need is the confirmation info you received about your stay.
Once you book activities, you will receive digital tickets via email. Most tickets or vouchers will come from Xplorie, and a select few will come from the local activity provider. If you have any questions regarding ticket delivery, please contact our Guest Service Center. We are always happy to help!
Yes! The link can be easily shared with the rest of your party. Everyone staying at an Xplorie participating property has exclusive access to our service.
Cancelation policies vary depending on the activity so always refer to the "Cancellation Policy" section of your activity details, either on your ticket email or on your booking page.
To modify or cancel, use the "Manage Your Order" link in your activity confirmation email or log in to your personal page.
