If at least one guest doesn’t check in within 5 minutes of the reserved lane start time, the reservation will be cancelled, without refund, and may be offered to walk-in guests waiting. *PLEASE NOTE: This activity is a ONE HOUR commute from Asheville
• We have snack foods available to purchase. If you want something more, local pizzerias deliver to our venue and we have menus on site.

• All participants must weigh at least 60 pounds OR be 7 years old. All minors (17 and under) require the presence of an adult during whitewater rafting activities.
• The trip will take approximately 3 hours total with 2 hours spent on the river. The rest of the time will be spent on trip preparation and shuttle.
• Dress for getting wet and wear shoes that will stay securely on your feet (flip-flops are NOT acceptable footwear). Don’t forget dry clothes and shoes for after your trip. There are changing rooms and pay showers available. In cooler weather, avoid wearing heavy cottons; wear synthetics or wool instead.

Bags and Backpacks:

  • Backpacks are not allowed on any guided tours, including Rooftop, Backstairs, Exclusive, and Expert-Guided tours.
  • Guests are required to leave backpacks in a locker or in their vehicle.

  • Each tour has a unique starting point, which participants will receive detailed directions via email upon booking confirmation.
• Dress in layers (yes – even in the summer) and wear close-toed shoes.
• All guests are provided a helmet.
• Bikes are fitted with a back rack (which guests can use to tie down small backpacks, etc.), small handle bar bag (perfect for small snacks and keys), cell phone mount, and water bottle holder.
