You will begin your adventure at our Idaho Springs Outpost, where you can check in, receive your zipline gear, and get the zipline safety rundown on our ”practice line”. We then drive you most of the way up the mountainside of our nine acre property and from there take a ten minute hike to our first platform. All of our platforms are built into natural cliffs and treetops, truly a sight to behold. The Argo Mill and Tunnel

Experience the wonder of ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit in the historic Idaho Springs in the heart of Colorado Gold Country sits the Mighty Argo Mill and Tunnel, one of the most striking and prominent Heritage Landmarks in the American West. A central character in the story of the Colorado gold rush, and remains one of the largest, most well-preserved historic gold mills in the world.

What you need to know
  • Tours start promptly at the top of the hour.
  • Plan to be on the tour at the Argo for an hour and a half to two hours for the full experience. Each professionally guided tour of the Argo Mill and Tunnel takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. A gold panning lesson and experience, which lasts about 20 minutes, is also included with every Argo Mill and Tunnel tour.
  • For the safety and protection of our young visitors, all children under 40 inches tall on the Argo Mill Tour must be accompanied by an adult who holds their hand or carries them through the tunnel.
  • We strongly recommend guests wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes to our Idaho Springs attractions and to dress as if you are going on a hike: multiple layers for multiple kinds of weather.
  • Due to the extreme vertical terrain and architecture of the mill, guided tours are not accessible to some people.
  • Pets are allowed if they can be carried for the duration of the tour.
  • Please be mindful of licensed service animals and their handlers.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your tour.
  • Please check-in for your tour using the name on your reservation.

Two Below Zero: Scenic Hot Cocoa Sleigh Ride

Scenic hot cocoa sleigh rides from Two Below Zero take you on a 50-minute round-trip experience aboard buckboard sleighs from the Frisco Adventure Park to the remote site. You will enjoy a 20-minute sleigh ride to the site, where you will then warm up with hot cocoa, fresh baked warm cookies, and music while you take in mountain views for 10-15 minutes.

  • Scenic Hot Cocoa Rides typically depart at 1:45 PM, 2:45 PM, and 3:45 PM and last approximately 1 hour.
  • Guests should dress warm and bring a blanket. Blankets are also available for purchase on-site.

Two Below Zero: Chuck Wagon Dinner and Wild West Show

The 2 Below Zero Chuckwagon Dinner will take you back to the wild west. The draft mule drawn wagons will take you to the campsite through unmatched Rocky Mountain scenery. You will spend time in the game corral playing cowboy golf, cornhole toss, roping, horseshoes, and more before you enjoy a barbecue dinner! The Jackman Brothers will then put on an engaging performance that is fun for all ages.

What you need to know
  • Arrive by 4:45pm for 5pm departure.
  • Dress comfortably and casually as the weather dictates. A light jacket may be needed as the sun goes down. Remember to bring sunglasses and sunscreen too, as the mountain atmosphere can make the sun’s rays even brighter and stronger.
  • Dinner and show lasts approximately three hours.
  • Menu (subject to change):
    • Biscuits & honey, signature beans, corn on the cob, smoked BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, corn bread, and apple cobbler.
